WOW! nothing is more perfect than this!
Amazin colour transitions! the hair effect is amazin!
The texture for every part is amazinly well done!
Everything is so define!
Although i dont quite understand what that glowy part on her leg, near the hip is!
There could be a bit more shading between the cloth and her hip! just a bit
The water seems too dull to me! U could have done more on that, i guest u got tire!
The trees could be a bit more define aswell!

Actually the clouds are fitting, stylized like the rest of it. You wouldn't want them to detract from the beautiful dragon lady by being too garish. Is this a dragon in shapeshifting form? I think this is your best work, can't even find any flaws *big fan*

First thought was a cross in stylization between the mona lisa and the birth of venus (botticelli) with the hair and clouds, really nice. I also like the armor,it looks dream like and not typical.

i (sadly) can't draw, so i really can't appreciate exactly how well this is done, but i do love the subject matter. how art nouveau is this!? i love it. the hair is amazing, and the crown is a subtle addition to it. is the sword bone, or tooth? great ^_^. beautiful, of course, but in an unusually nice way.
